GroupFlow Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GroupFlow ("the Extension") handles information when you use the GroupFlow browser extension.
1. What data GroupFlow processes
- Tab and page metadata that you choose to save: URL, page title, optional note, and favicon URL.
- Folder and organization metadata: folder names, hierarchy, favorites, and ordering.
- Local usage metrics for product UX (for example, save/open timing counters) stored locally only.
2. How data is used
- To let you save, organize, search, and reopen links and tab groups.
- To support duplicate detection and faster local workflows.
- To improve in-extension experience using local-only performance counters.
3. Data storage and transfer
- GroupFlow stores extension data in your browser's local extension storage.
- GroupFlow does not sell your data.
- GroupFlow does not transmit your saved browsing data to external servers.
4. Permissions rationale
- tabs: required to read active/current window tabs when you trigger save/open actions.
- storage: required to save your folders, links, notes, and preferences locally.
- contextMenus: required to provide right-click quick save/open actions.
5. Data retention and deletion
- Data is retained until you edit/delete it in GroupFlow or uninstall the extension.
- You can remove specific folders/links in the dashboard at any time.
6. Third-party sharing
GroupFlow does not share personal or browsing data with third parties.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated with a new "Last updated" date before or when the change takes effect.

Chinh sach nay mo ta cach GroupFlow ("Tien ich") xu ly du lieu khi ban su dung extension GroupFlow tren trinh duyet.
1. Du lieu GroupFlow xu ly
- Thong tin tab/trang ban chon luu: URL, tieu de trang, ghi chu tuy chon, favicon URL.
- Thong tin to chuc thu muc: ten thu muc, cau truc cha-con, danh dau yeu thich, thu tu.
- Chi so su dung cuc bo (vi du toc do thao tac) chi luu local tren trinh duyet.
2. Muc dich su dung du lieu
- Ho tro luu, sap xep, tim kiem va mo lai link/tab theo nhom.
- Ho tro phat hien link trung va toi uu quy trinh thao tac.
- Cai thien trai nghiem trong extension bang so lieu hieu nang local-only.
3. Noi luu tru va truyen du lieu
- GroupFlow luu du lieu trong bo nho local cua extension tren trinh duyet.
- GroupFlow khong ban du lieu cua ban.
- GroupFlow khong gui du lieu duyet web da luu len may chu ben ngoai.
4. Ly do quyen truy cap
- tabs: can de doc tab hien tai/cua so hien tai khi ban yeu cau luu mo.
- storage: can de luu folder, link, ghi chu va cai dat cuc bo.
- contextMenus: can de them thao tac luu/mo nhanh trong menu chuot phai.
5. Luu tru va xoa du lieu
- Du lieu duoc giu den khi ban sua/xoa trong GroupFlow hoac go extension.
- Ban co the xoa folder/link bat ky luc nao trong dashboard.
6. Chia se cho ben thu ba
GroupFlow khong chia se du lieu ca nhan hoac du lieu duyet web cho ben thu ba.
7. Cap nhat chinh sach
Neu co thay doi, trang nay se duoc cap nhat va hien thi ngay "Cap nhat lan cuoi" moi truoc hoac tai thoi diem thay doi co hieu luc.
